Looking after our mental health at Christmas

However, we know that for many of us this is a difficult time of year whether we live with a mental health condition or not. We can struggle with the pressures of socializing, spending time with family, or we can feel lonely and isolated.
Whatever the situation, it is important to manage our mental health at Christmas, and consider what we need to stay as well as possible over the holidays.
Thinking about what we eat; what we drink; how we sleep; keep in touch, stay active, support other people can help us manage our own mental health. But if we do struggle, we can reach out and talk to someone we know, or call a helpline, they are there to help.
